Mid-May through July

  • Pick every day and enjoy the spring planted produce. I record the weights of each harvest.
  • Harvest my early crop of potatoes and plant the summer crop.
  • Monitor garden for weeds and pests.
  • Plant tomatoes.
  • Mulch anything new that is planted like tomatoes and eggplants.
  • Irrigate weekly

  • Continue to harvest all summer produce.
  • Plant fall crops.
  • Continue to irrigate, weed and monitor pests.
  • Harvest summer crop of potatoes; record data.
